Customs
To submit a custom piece request please fill out the form on the "customs" tab.
All custom pieces will be coordinated with you via e-mail, and paid through paypal. Due to the large number of requests I receive, it is possible that I am not able to accommodate your specific request.
All custom orders must be a minimum of $100 to fulfill.
I look forward to working with you on your one-of-a-kind creation.

Care
Please hang or store all pieces carefully when they are not being worn to maintain their true form. Tarnish will naturally happen with time, the polishing cloth included in your package can be used to shine pieces back to their original state.
Avoid showering with your pieces on, and avoid getting leather pieces wet.

Returns & Issues
If your piece arrives broken please contact me immediately and I will offer you a free repair. Although my pieces are extremely durable, occasionally stones chip or wear and tear occurs with age. I offer repairs on most pieces (depending on the damage), contact me and I will figure out a quote for you. Hooks can also be replaced, if you have any allergies please let me know prior to purchase. All of my earring hooks are either 14k gold plated or nickel free. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase with no visible damage for a refund.
