Refund policy

All orders are shipped out within 1-2 weeks and come with a tracking number. Insurance is available upon request, please contact me prior to checkout to discuss options.

 
If your piece arrives broken please contact me immediately and I will offer you a free repair. Although my pieces are extremely durable, occasionally stones chip or wear and tear occurs with age. I offer repairs on most pieces (depending on the damage), contact me and I will figure out a quote for you. Hooks can also be replaced, if you have any allergies please let me know prior to purchase. All of my earring hooks are either 14k gold plated or nickel free.

 

Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase with no visible damage for a refund.
